I think I can say that there are a few things that we can all be grateful to England for producing. Here are just a few:
Let’s not forget Jeaniene Frost’s Night Huntress series that has Bones and Spade. Yum.
What are some of your favorite English characters?

Honestly, I never found romance nolevs very appealing. They are mostly all the same, like they’ve been created with cookie cutters. There is seldom any REAL story besides the romance. Sorry, just my opinion. The only romance books I EVER enjoyed were the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. Sure, they were romance but there was always more interesting things going on OTHER then the romance. If you read it you will know what I mean.
Short post
Yes, very short, so I re-did my post and added a little bit of inspiration!
oooh I like the additions – British heat.
You want enough rmanoce to have the readers wanting the two characters to get together so badly they would do anything! The best thing to do DON’T get them together. Readers love books like that they just dont know it. Longing glances, accidental brushing of the shoulders, almost there kisses those are the kinds of things that will make butterflies go through the reader’s stomach and leave them hoping (and turning pages) for more. Think about it HP, The Office (and a ton of other TV shows) have the characters that are destined to be together clumsily learn over time that they were meant for each other. Sappy rmanoce like twilight has none of that. They didnt start off as friends, they didn’t slowly and painfully fall in love, and they didnt give the readers anything to be hoping for. Less IS more when it comes to rmanoce. Don’t give the readers what they want unless you want (until the end) unless you want it to be boring.GL! I hoped I helped you.
I think I like all of those productions.
Thanks for stopping by, Tina.
Good luck on the contest!
The sexual tesnion between the characters! I also like heroes who are dark and mysterious they behave cold and arrogant but they’re really vulnerable and hurt! I love how at the end, they become all loving and stuff! it makes it so much more exciting!I also like romance novels with a mystery edge or a major conflict that must be overcome!
