I know what you mean. Even if I had a year off, doing nothing more but reading, I still don’t think I could finish all my books. lol
I liked Kiss of Deception well enough but found it over hyped. I plan on reading the second one which just came out. I think I bought Black Dog when it was first released but never read it. Great haul!
I was afraid of all the hype, too, so I tried not to read any of the reviews. I usually wait a while to read the books, so I think that might help, too.
