Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, is all about sharing the book you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual.
What I purchased last week:
Yes, all of these books were $0.99 or $1.99. I know it looks bad, but I did have a gift certificate. *cough* We will ignore the fact that the certificate in no way covered the cost of the books. *cough*
I picked up one print book this week:
I’m excited to read this book. I’ve heard good things about it!
Of course, I did manage to find a few free books that are still free as well:
My book is going back to the editor for one last round of edits, which means I get the whole week to read! Yippee! What books did you get last week? Have you read any of these?
You got so many beautiful looking books. I hope you love all of them.
Grace @ Books of Love
I found way too many books last week.
I didn’t purchase anything yet this week, so we’ll see how that goes on cutting back, but then again, it’s only Tuesday morning. lol
I plan on ordering Uprooted soon. I could get it from the library but since it’s a stand alone, I figured I would buy it. Great haul this week.
I’ve heard such great things about Uprooted, I decided to purchase it as well.
I’ve been trying to stay away from the reviews. It seems the more hype the book gets, the less I find they live up to it.
Uprooted is one I plan to read sometime. It has great reviews. Enjoy your awesome haul 😉
I didn’t check out the reviews for Uprooted yet, just noticed that there was a lot of them. I’m trying to keep my expectations down.
I think I’ll read a few other books first, so I don’t build it up too much in my mind and then get disappointed.
Oh my goodness, Stacey, what a haul!! I love Kresley Cole, and I hope you’ll enjoy her books, as well as all the other new ones added to your shelves.
Have a fantastic rest of the week and happy reading.
I don’t like mobster books, so I have been avoiding Kresley Cole’s new books.
Then they came on sale. I read the first chapter of book 1, and I knew I had to have them!
