The cost is $15.00 per book plus shipping.
Shipping
If the book you requested is available, I will ship it out within 7 business days after payment has been received. If your book is out of stock, I will sent out as soon as I receive more. Shipping in the US is $5.00 per book. International shipping is $23.00 – $35.00 depending on location. If shipping is surprisingly cheaper than the normal standard, I will refund the shipping difference via PayPal.
